It seems like only yesterday that Debra took over as manager of the Spirit of Life Boutique. But it was actually in 2003. With around 20 years experience in the industry and factory trained to fit in Europe, she now feels most rewarded to be able to help women who’ve been through so much with breast cancer.

One of the big changes that Debra has brought about at Spirit of Life is the implementation of her own personal philosophy on the availability of breast forms and bras that the boutique now offers to its clients. Speaking recently to a gathering of breast care nurses in Brisbane, Debra said, “Women who have been through the anguish of breast cancer should have the widest possible choice in breast care products. From breast forms to bras, I am proud to announce that our Boutique at Milton now has the widest range available in Queensland” Debra went on to say that, “A woman’s self esteem is always raised when she can dress in pretty lingerie and feel good about herself” 

Debra was keen to make more changes at the Boutique.. add more fashion stock for all women. The easiest way to make these changes in your business is to own the business. And so, in October 2004, in conjunction with her husband Mark, she purchased the boutique. She has taken what was already a great Boutique and taken it to the next level.
